Join me and a small group of adventurous women for four days of climbing, connection and time outdoors in the beautiful Costa Blanca. Whether you're new to climbing outside or looking to build confidence on real rock, this trip is all about learning in a supportive environment, embracing new challenges and sharing the experience with like-minded women.

Alongside experienced local climbing guides, you'll receive expert coaching tailored to your experience, helping you develop new skills and feel at home on real rock. This weekend is about so much more than climbing grades – it's about embracing the outdoors, stepping outside your comfort zone, and discovering what you're capable of alongside an inspiring community of women.

Based in the beautiful Jalon Valley, we'll spend three days climbing on world-class limestone crags, surrounded by spectacular scenery and some of Europe's finest climbing. After each day on the rock, we'll return to our private villa to relax by the pool, enjoy delicious meals at local restaurants, and soak up the Spanish sunshine while sharing stories from the day's adventures.

Costa Blanca offers some of the finest sport climbing in Europe, combining world-class rock, beautiful landscapes, and year-round sunshine.

But beyond the climbing itself, this weekend is about building confidence, learning new skills, spending time in nature, and sharing an adventure with an incredible group of people.

We can't wait to welcome you to Spain.

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome to Costa Blanca

Arrive into Alicante Airport and transfer to our villa in the beautiful Jalon Valley.

Once settled in, we'll gather for introductions, equipment checks, and a trip briefing before heading to the local supermarket to stock up on food and supplies for the weekend.

Take some time to relax by the pool, enjoy the mountain views, and get excited for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Climb, Learn & Explore

After breakfast, we'll head to one of Costa Blanca's world-class climbing areas.

Today focuses on building strong foundations outdoors. We'll cover climbing systems, safety skills, movement coaching, and efficient techniques to help you feel confident on the rock.

Expect a full day of climbing, learning, and plenty of encouragement.

Day 3 – Adventure on the Rock

Today we'll visit a different crag, allowing you to experience another side of Costa Blanca's incredible climbing scene.

With personalised coaching throughout the day, you'll continue building confidence, refining technique, and pushing your climbing in a supportive environment.

In the evening, we'll enjoy a relaxed group dinner and share stories from the day.

Day 4 – Final Climbs & Departure

We'll make the most of our final morning and early afternoon with another climbing session before returning to the villa to pack up.

After an unforgettable weekend of climbing, learning, and adventure, we'll transfer back to Alicante Airport for onward flights home.

Equipment & What to Bring

Equipment Hire

Don't worry if you don't own all of your climbing equipment. The following items can be hired on arrival, subject to availability:

  • Climbing Shoes – €10 per day

  • Harness – €5 per day

  • Helmet – €5 per day

  • Rucksack – €2 per day

  • Chalk Bag – €2 per day

Equipment Provided

The climbing team will provide all group technical equipment required for the course, including:

  • Ropes

  • Quickdraws

  • Screwgate carabiners

  • Belay devices

Bringing Your Own Equipment

If you have your own climbing kit, we recommend bringing:

  • Climbing shoes (a comfortable pair suitable for long days outdoors)

  • Harness

  • Helmet

  • Approach shoes or trainers

  • Waterproof jacket

  • Climbing rucksack (around 45 litres)

Recommended Extras

If you already own them, these additional items can be useful:

  • 2 x locking (screwgate) carabiners

  • 1 x 60cm sling for a cow's tail/personal anchor system

Who Is This Trip For?

This trip is perfect for adventurous women who are beginner to intermediate climbers and want to build confidence climbing outdoors in a supportive, all-female environment.

You should:

  • Be comfortable climbing around French Grade 5 (5.8) on a top rope (or a similar level indoors)

  • Have a basic understanding of belaying and tying in

  • Have some previous climbing experience, either indoors or outdoors

  • Be keen to learn new skills and develop your outdoor climbing technique

  • Enjoy spending full days outside, embracing new challenges and supporting others along the way

Whether you're making the transition from the climbing wall to real rock, looking to improve your outdoor climbing skills, or simply want to spend a long weekend climbing in the Spanish sunshine with a brilliant group of like-minded women, this trip is all about learning, building confidence, and sharing an unforgettable adventure together!

Flights

Arrival Airport: Alicante (ALC)

To use the complimentary group airport transfer (within set times):

  • Arrival flights should land before 14:30 on Friday

  • Departure flights should leave after 20:00 on Monday

Please note that flights should not be booked until the trip has been officially confirmed as reaching the minimum required group size.

We will notify all guests as soon as the trip is guaranteed to operate, at which point you may proceed with booking your flights with confidence.

Where available, we strongly recommend booking flights directly with reputable international airlines and reviewing the carrier’s policies around cancellations, delays, schedule changes, and passenger protections before booking. Choosing airlines with strong customer support and flexible booking policies can provide greater peace of mind in the event of unexpected travel disruptions.

Personal Travel Insurance

Please note that travel insurance is compulsory for this trip. All participants are required to obtain adequate travel insurance covering appropriate activity cover (including Rock Climbing), medical expenses, personal belongings, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation or repatriation from the date of departure until the day of return.

Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested prior to departure.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip, to ensure you are covered in the event of any unforeseen cancellations or changes before departure.
