About this trip

Embark on a meaningful journey through Costa Rica, created for women seeking connection, presence, and purpose.

Over ten days, we’ll travel slowly through cloud forests, coastal landscapes, and vibrant communities, allowing time to truly experience each place. This journey weaves together nature, culture, and sisterhood, with moments for reflection, shared learning, and gentle adventure along the way.

From misty rainforests and wildlife-rich national parks to quiet beaches and warm ocean sunsets, this experience is designed to nourish the heart, restore the spirit, and create space for meaningful connection.

Let us slow down together, breathe deeply, and experience Costa Rica with intention.

Trip Overview

This Costa Rica journey is an invitation to travel with intention, purpose, and presence.

Created especially for women seeking spiritually rooted experiences, this trip blends nature, culture, and community in a way that nourishes both heart and soul. As we move through cloud forests, coastal landscapes, and local neighbourhoods, we take time to slow down, reflect, and connect; with ourselves, with one another, and with the people and places we encounter.

Throughout the journey, we engage with grassroots community projects, connect with local Muslim communities, and learn how faith, sustainability, and service are expressed in everyday life in Costa Rica. Ethical wildlife encounters, conservation initiatives, and time spent in nature invite us to reflect on our role as caretakers of the Earth.

This small-group experience balances gentle adventure with rest, prayer, and reflection, creating space for sisterhood, learning, and spiritual renewal. It is travel that goes beyond sightseeing, a journey grounded in meaning, connection, and conscious giving.

Your Host: Aisha

Salaam, I’m Aisha, founder of Sistours.

This Costa Rica journey reflects everything I love about intentional travel: slowing down, connecting deeply, and experiencing a place through its people, communities, and natural surroundings. I’ve designed this trip for women who want more than a holiday, it’s for those who are seeking reflection, sisterhood, and meaningful experiences alongside beautiful landscapes.

Throughout our time in Costa Rica, we’ll connect with local Muslim communities, support grassroots initiatives, and spend time in nature in ways that feel grounded and purposeful. My hope is that this journey offers space to reconnect; with yourself, with others, and with the wider world. All whilst travelling consciously, and with heart.

I can’t wait to share this experience with you.
