It's hard to sum this trip up in a word or a sentence. If you are looking for an authentic insight into Tanzanian culture, and to explore beautiful landscape filled with wild animals, look no further. Bea has put together an extraordinary adventure which dives deep into Tanzania and it's people, with ethical principles at its heart. As one of my travel friends put in yesterday, Tanzania is 'raw, real and welcoming.' The interactions with the people, the envrionment and the wildlife truely get under your skin. The accommodation options are superb, and the guides from Migration Tanzania Safari are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Bea has a deep knowledge and understanding of the country, and is able to offer advice, information and insights it would be hard to find elsewhere. She is wholly supportive from initial point of contact right through to post trip and I cannot recommend this trip, and the Bea Adventurous experience highly enough. Life changing.

My trip to Tanzania with EVA Travel in partnership with Go Vision was truly an experience I’ll never forget. 🇹🇿❤️ This was so much more than just a vacation. We had the opportunity to experience the incredible beauty and wildlife of Tanzania through several unforgettable days on safari. Seeing elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions and so many other animals in their natural environment was absolutely amazing and something I’ll never forget. One of the most meaningful parts of the trip was our volunteer experience. We spent time in a local community helping to build a chicken coop for a young family, and it was incredibly rewarding to work alongside local people and contribute to the community. Being welcomed into their community and getting a glimpse into everyday life in Tanzania made the experience even more special. We also visited coffee and spice plantations, spent time in local villages, and had the chance to experience so much of the culture and beauty of Tanzania along the way. I came home with so many incredible memories, new friendships, and a much deeper appreciation for Tanzania and its people. 🌍❤️ A huge thank you to EVA Volunteer Travel and Go Vision for putting together such a meaningful and unforgettable adventure. The combination of volunteering, culture, and safari made this trip truly special. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an adventure that allows you to explore, connect with local communities, and give back along the way.

This was the trip of a lifetime, giving the opportunity to experience the real Africa in a safe and enjoyable way and with like minded people. The pre trip information and communication were excellent and the guides for the excursions and safari were personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure we all had the best experience possible. If you’re looking to expand your horizons and make new friends then this is the trip for you. Well done EVA and thank you.

Just WOW! What a truly fantastic trip this was, my 4th with EVA travel and although they have all been awesome, this one was special. Our give back was building a chicken house for an under privileged young family - the father earns the equivalent of $5 a day when he can get construction work. The family received 30 chickens so they are able to generate further income. This family lives in a building with no windows and their kitchen is a tented area outside and separate from the house. Makes you humble to say the least! On then from Moshi for our safari. Having missed the last of the big 5 when I was in SA I have waited 9 years to see a leopard in the wild! We saw 3 separate sightings of leopard and the big 5 all in one day. We toured through 3 national parks in total. Being honest, it is brutal with dawn drives and travelling - nay bouncing, over rocky ‘roads” in our safari jeeps. Our guides are amazing and got us to where the animals were for those beautiful memories to be captured on camera. We saw a family of cheetahs, prides of lions basking on the rocks, pumbas tearing across the plains, gentle giraffes gliding under the setting sun and elephants frolicking in the mud streams. The migration of wilderbeeste and zebras carries a full meaning of their symbiotic relationship. I took an optional balloon ride over the Serengeti - it’s not scary at all and is the calmest serene experience sailing across the land whilst the sun came up behind us as the animals grazed calmly below - it’s very emotional. Our last 5 days were spent in Zanzibar - add on - and the perfect time to wonder at the long white sandy beaches and the calm shallow warm sea. Our trip was exceptional - supported by a full team of guides and even a travelling chef. Our accommodation was great, the hotels we stayed in were well maintained. Although our tents were deluxe by most standards (yes, “en suite” toilets) there’s nothing like going a bit feral while you’re on safari embracing the dust and the heat and the magnificence of opening up your tent to see a water buffalo grazing in your front garden! I cannot commend this trip enough. It’s an experience of a lifetime.

Our tour was well coordinated, fast paced but pleasant. The drivers, Zebe and Malaki were friendly, courteous and professional and able to spot many animals, birds and even a chameleon crossing the road. We felt safe and enjoyed being off the tourist route some days. Our coordinator Bea, was well versed and ensured everything was just right. There was a fantastic mix of fellow travelers which added to the enjoyment of the trip. This tour was a solo trip and celebration of my 60th birthday. I had a huge surprise along with two other guests at our farewell dinner when all of the hotel staff and our drivers came out with cakes and a Maasai dance and song. It is the attention to details that made this trip special for me. Most importantly, local business and initiatives are supported. I researched may other safaris and tours before deciding on this one as everything resonated with me. The small group also made the experience very personal.
