We arrive in Dahab and settle into our private hotel—our home for the week. There’s time to unpack, unwind by the pool, jot down a few thoughts in a journal, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

As the sun sets, we gather for a relaxed welcome dinner: fresh pizza by the pool, casual introductions, and an evening of connection as we begin this shared journey together.

After dinner, Amira will lead an intention-setting session to ground us in the week ahead, followed by a light group activity to get to know one another and begin building the sisterhood that will carry us through this adventure.

This morning, we begin our diving journey with our first Discover Scuba session. We learn about the equipment, key safety tips, and basic underwater skills before heading out for a gentle shore dive alongside our experienced instructors.

In the afternoon, we’re free to rest, sip iced drinks at a local café, or browse Dahab’s charming artisan shops.

As night falls, we venture into the desert for a traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars—a magical evening of delicious food, optional local music, and deepening group connection.

Today we dive again, growing more comfortable beneath the surface as we explore a new underwater site and build on yesterday’s skills.

In the afternoon, we trade fins for hooves and head out on a scenic horse ride—either along the beach or into the desert—followed by sweet tea at a local Bedouin camp. It’s a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy the quieter pace of life here in Dahab.

This morning’s dive takes us deeper into the beauty of Dahab’s marine life, as we explore coral gardens or reef walls and continue developing confidence underwater.

The afternoon is ours to shape. We might relax at the hotel, swim in the Red Sea, or choose from optional cultural experiences: an Egyptian dessert cooking class with a local female baker, a fun and informal Arabic language taster, or even an extra dive or snorkel.

We head out for our fourth and final dive this morning, feeling proud of how far we’ve come in just a few days.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather in a peaceful wadi—surrounded by desert silence and soft golden light—for a guided Islamic meditation and mindfulness session led by Amira. With years of experience in holding space for women, she’ll guide us through a deeply grounding practice, offering time to reflect on our journey so far in a truly beautiful setting.

Today is free to enjoy as we wish. Some of us may join an optional boat trip to snorkel or dive at remote reefs like Napoleon Reef or Gabr el Bint, while others might relax with a coffee, swim in the sea, or explore Dahab at our own pace.

This evening, we come together one last time for a farewell dinner at a seafront restaurant—sharing stories, laughter, and memories made throughout the week.

After breakfast, it’s time to check out and begin our journey home—rested, inspired, and with a new sense of connection to the ocean, the desert, and each other.

We start our journey early with a morning flight from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo. As we arrive at Cairo International Airport, our driver is waiting to greet us, and we head straight into a day full of history and wonder.

(Please note internal flight is NOT included and will need to book after we have confirmed the trip). 

Our first stop is the legendary Giza Plateau, where we stand in awe before the towering pyramids – ancient monuments that have stood for thousands of years. The Great Sphinx greets us with its enigmatic gaze before we continue on to the Grand Egyptian Museum. There, we wander through halls filled with treasures from a time long past, soaking in the stories of ancient pharaohs and gods.

By late afternoon, we check in to our hotel in Cairo. After a full day of travel and exploration, we settle in and rest, ready for the adventure that awaits tomorrow.

We wake before dawn and set off early. for a four-hour drive into the Western Desert. Our destination is the Bahariya Oasis, where a different kind of journey begins.

Switching to 4x4 vehicles, we trade paved roads for dusty trails and begin our desert expedition. Our first stop is Al-Haiz village, a small oasis where we pause for a delicious lunch prepared by locals. The landscape starts to change as we drive deeper into the desert — vast open plains give way to the volcanic hills of the Black Desert, followed by the surreal beauty of Agabat Mountain with its dramatic limestone formations.

We continue on to Crystal Mountain, where the ground sparkles with quartz beneath our feet, before entering the ethereal White Desert. Wind-carved chalk formations rise like ghostly sculptures all around us. As the sun dips low, we set up our tents amid the sand and silence, surrounded by nature’s artwork.

Our local Bedouin host prepares a warm, hearty dinner, and we gather under a sky filled with stars. The peace of the desert wraps around us as we fall asleep in our tents, far from the noise of the world.

Morning comes gently in the desert. After a simple breakfast and a final look at the dreamlike landscape, we begin the journey back.

We drive to Bahariya Oasis, then transfer into our vehicle for the return to Cairo. The road winds through stretches of sand and scattered palm groves, and by afternoon, we find ourselves once again in the busy streets of the city.

Back at our Cairo hotel, we check in and take time to rest and refresh. We’ll enjoy a quiet evening together, letting the memories of the past two days settle in.

On our last day, we have a bit of time in the morning before our scheduled airport transfer. We pack up, check out of the hotel, and make our way to Cairo International Airport for our departure.

Food in Dahab is a vibrant reflection of Egyptian culture—fresh, flavourful, and full of variety.

For this trip, meals will be both delicious and thoughtfully selected to suit the group, with halal-friendly options always prioritised. Expect a mix of traditional dishes like grilled meats, falafel, lentil soups, fresh salads, and warm flatbreads, alongside local seafood and Middle Eastern favourites such as hummus, tahini, and stuffed vine leaves.

Whether dining poolside at the hotel, enjoying a traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars, or eating out at a seafront restaurant, the atmosphere is relaxed and inclusive.

There will be plenty of vegetarian options, and alcohol-free spaces will be respected throughout the trip. Dining in Dahab is as much about sharing and connection as it is about the food itself.

We recommend budgeting around £300 spending money for extra meals and drinks during the itinerary.
