Well you all know how much I enjoyed not just this trip but meeting the whole group. I don't think I've been this relaxed on a trip before and it was wonderful. Thanks for this Gaynor and especially for mentioning the plastic bottle issue. It pains me when our local teams are unable to supply the larger containers, but they feel they can't keep it cool enough for guests. We have a solution for that in Tanzania and I will be trying to bring that idea to Rwanda with me on the next occasion. For countries that are so adamant about plastic bags, it's quite shocking they don't have the same horror of plastic bottles. I did supply reusable bottles for the first EVA tours but people already had theirs and complained at having to carry 2. However, I am very happy to review that. It was really just the jeep journeys as all the accommodation had access to large filtered water fountains. I note you comments about local food and will try to take that on board. One difficulty with that is being sure the water and ice are filtered which isn't always the case outside the big cities. But the next trip is Uganda only, so we should be able to resolve that. Pauline, you are being modest. You did a sterling job in Uganda Lodge with the marvellous murals and painting. I know it was a team effort but a team needs a leader and you proved to be a great one. I can organise stuff but I did not get any creative genes when I was born, so having you there was a real bonus which we all appreciated. Hope to see you again one day. Sheila
